The Latest Commission, Holy Island.

I put some photos up a few "blogs" ago. Did you guess where they had been taken?  The place was Holy Island. I am busy putting together four leaded panels for two doors. Alot of the glass in the panels I have made myself by fusing different colours and powders together. The pictures below show me assembling the panels and then leading them. But then I went and broke a piece of the fused glass, poop! so that has set me back a few days.

The panels will all link together, giving that sense of space and calm, with sand banks visible out to sea and golden plovers flying overhead. Hope the couple that commissioned this are pleased with it.
