POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Currently all items in the Glass Shop include free postage and packing anywhere in the United Kingdom. Please contact me first for overseas shipping rates.
CAN I PICK ITEMS FROM YOUR STUDIO?
Absolutely! You are very welcome to pick up items in person at my studio in North Broomhill, Northumberland.
DELIVERY:
All items are expertly packaged and sent by Royal Mail First Class and should be with you within 2 to 3 days.
Returns & Refunds
WORKSHOP REFUNDS
If you have to cancel a place on one of my workshops. I give a full refund if you give me 24 hours notice, if not I keep 20% of the workshop fee.
RETURNS
Every order, commission and sale is handled with extreme care. Our goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. All sales are final except in certain situations.
Damaged Items
If an item is damaged in transit, please take a photo as documentary proof and let us know at helen@helengrierson.co.uk. Depending on the piece, we may offer a refund or exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of gift cards.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed - a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at helen@helengrierson.co.uk and send your item to: Helen Grierson Glass Studio, The Old Bath House, North Broomhill, Morpeth, NE65 9UJ, United Kingdom.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
